By purchasing a course or lesson through our platform, you agree to the following:
Service Description: We provide online English lessons and digital learning materials.
Payments: All payments are processed securely through Paddle. Prices are listed in USD and may include applicable taxes.
Rescheduling: Lessons can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance by contacting us by email or phone.
Copyright: All course materials are the intellectual property of MapleFields Language Academy and may not be copied, shared, or resold.

2. Eligibility
This course is open to individuals aged 16 and older. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Access & Participation
After successful payment, participants will receive course access details via email.
All course materials are for individual use only and must not be shared, copied, or distributed.
Access may be time-limited and expire at the end of the course duration.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Participate in good faith and treat fellow participants respectfully.
- Not misuse the platform or attempt to disrupt the delivery of the course
- Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
5. Refund PolicyEffective Date: April, 2025
At MapleFields Language Academy, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for unused and non-attended lessons. No refunds will be issued for completed lessons or courses. If you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact us at info@mfl-academy.ca and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

We reserve the right to update or cancel the course or change its format. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to notify participants and offer suitable alternatives or refunds.
